I was photographed by Interiors and Architectural photographer James Balston for his photo journal ‘The Triangle SE19’ about a little corner of South London - the cultural hub with a rich history that is Crystal Palace, London.
Thanks for stopping by to see what I've been up to recently. You can find me at instagram.com/emmawalkerstudio to keep in touch via social media.
Over the last few of years I have had the privileged of being able to teach classes and workshops, participate in multiple exhibitions and collaborate with some incredibly talented artists and institutions passionate about the arts.
I will be presenting a workshop from January to March for the residents and tenants of a local London housing estate. The residents have amazing committed association members that seek and provide funding for free classes to help empower their community and creating a great social network.
In November I had the opportunity to teach textile techniques to the students enrolled on the HNC in Media Makeup, Prosthetics and Costume. This is a new Higher Education Course offered by the Buckinghamshire College Group in conjunction with creative media skills at Pinewood studios.
